Easy ID

FrontRunner Professional is proud to announce the release of their new virtual identification tool, EasyID. With this tool, a family member no longer has to visit the crematory or funeral home to identify their loved one. EasyID uses email technology to provide a secure portal to verify the identity of the remains. 

How to Use

Once the feature has been activated in your system, you will be able to access the feature by following these steps:


  1. Open the specific case file and select the Easy ID tab on the left hand menu.
  2. Start by clicking 'Select File' > Select the image(s) > Open > underneath the images click upload.
  3. Once the file(s) are uploaded click 'Send ID Verification Request' which will bring up a pop-up for you to enter the family members name, email address and relationship. 
  4. Once this is filled out press 'Send'. The family will receive an email to verify immediately.
  5. Once they have verified you will see a box within this section that will say "Name successfully identified the photo(s) as Name".
  6. You can also click to view the audit which downloads as a PDF file. Should you need to resend the image you can clear and resend the verification again.
