To activate surveys:

  1. Create an online survey (Google forms or any other online form you have)
  2. Set the RSVP Service Survey URL in System Settings for the branch
  3. Enable "Send Survey" on the RSVP Event on the record
  4. When someone responds to the BOM, the email will include instructions and a link to Survey.

As states and provinces begin to reopen, funeral attendance is able to increase. Easily set guest capacity for visitations or services within your FrontRunner software. Guests simply need to visit their loved one's online memorial page to save a seat.

Notes

  • You will need a date and time for RSVP feature to work
  • Interments cant have dates on for web only records, if you want to use the RSVP for interments create it as an additional service with the date and hide the interment in the book of memories settings. To hide the interment in the book of memories go to: Book of Memories > Themes, scroll down to Settings. Set "Show Interment" to "Off for this record" and set "Order of Events" to "Chronological order".
