Add Record to Fallen Heroes Wall

The Fallen Heroes Wall was created to represent the services of those men and women who have given their lives in the line of duty as a police officer, firefighter, or emergency medical technician. Fallen Heroes can also include military personnel, including Coast Guard and Army Reserve, who died in active service.

*To activate this feature in the system, contact your Success Coach.

To add the deceased’s name to the Fallen Heroes Wall, open the Record > Book of Memories > Theme.

Check the box beside ‘Include this record on the Fallen Heroes Wall’ in the Book of Memories settings section.

*This field will not be available to check in separate management company systems. It can only be accessed through the record in Pulse.

Select the ‘Save’ button.
