Open a record > AfterLoss.
When the informant information is entered In a Standard Record, the one-write logic will populate the Addressee section. The informant information is not contained within a Web Only record, so it will have be entered in the Addressee section.
- Name – Enter the name of the person to receive the information.

- Province/State .
- City
- Address
- Postal/Zip Code
Billing:
- Name – Enter the name of the person paying for the information.
- Country
- Province/State
- City
- Address
- Postal/Zip Code
When complete, click the ‘Request Subscription’ button. The information will submit to AfterLoss to manage. To send to more than one address, replace the addressee information.
