Whether controlled on a smaller cell phone screen or a larger screen such as an iPad or tablet, the Mobile Manager uses responsive technology that auto-adjusts its sizing to be highly functional on any sized device. Some of the features include the ability to add new deceased records, edit existing records, create and modify obituaries, view today’s service schedule, access a rolodex of business contacts, submit support requests, access past death records through an easy-to-use search function, and view system announcements.
This app is for the use of the funeral home only, not their families.
- If you don’t have a mobile site, click on Admin at bottom of page.
- If you do have a mobile site, click on ‘Full Site’ and then scroll to ‘Admin’ at bottom of page.
Once you click on ‘Admin’, the login screen will appear. To save the site as a bookmark/icon on your iPhone*:
- Hit the share icon.
- Select ‘Add to Home Screen’
- Select what you would like to call the icon.
- Select ‘Add’ or ‘Save’
To save the site as a bookmark on your Android phone*:
- Save to Bookmarks
- Choose a label name.
- Select ‘Add to Home Screen’.
- Select ‘Add’ or ‘Save’
Enter your Username and Password to access the system.
Choose to View Records – Create Record – View Schedule – or Logout
View or Edit Records: All records will be listed. Click on the one to view or edit. All Basic Information will be accessible to change. Scroll down to the section that requires changes and enter the information. Press ‘Save Record’ at bottom right of screen.
To access additional options, press ‘Options’ at top right of screen.
Press ‘View/Edit Tributes to access ‘Memorial Candles’. Press the ‘Memorial Candles’ arrow button at bottom right of screen to access ‘Condolences’, ‘Donations’, and ‘Shared Stories’.
Press the ‘Back to Record’ button at top left of screen to return to the ‘Edit Record’ screen.
To change the Book of Memories theme from the Options page of a record, click on Book of Memories, choose the ‘Category’ and then ‘Theme’ to select. Scroll down to see all other available options:
- Disable Funeral Home Candle
- Disable Anniversary Notification
- Photo & Story Approval System Settings
- Press ‘Save’ at top right of screen when complete.
- Press ‘Back’ at top left of screen to return to the ‘Edit Record’ page.
To access today’s schedule, you will need to be on the Home page of the Mobile Manager. Click View Schedule and choose Services, Visitations, or Dispositions from the schedule screen.
