Approve Stories

If an online visitor shares a story, and if the approval process is turned on, your company can approve any stories before they are visible on the Book of Memories.

Navigate to Main > Book of Memories > Approve Stories.

For any story that you approve, click inside the ‘Approve’ radio button beside the story. For any story you do not approve, click inside the ‘Remove’ radio button beside the story. To approve or reject all stories, use the buttons at the top right.

When complete, select the button.

Any stories that are approved, will appear within the Book of Memories.

*If you wish to turn the approval process off, refer to the Global BOM Settings page. If you would like to leave the approval process up to the family, make sure you have created and provided them with a login within the record.
