The Directory section allows you to add / edit information for Company Contacts, Staff, Businesses and Suppliers.

Navigate to Main > Directory.

Select the button located at the top right.

  • Enter a name and choose a category.
  • Enter a ‘payable to’ name (optional).
  • Enter the mailing address and contact information.

When complete, click the button.

To edit a contact, select the icon beside a category, select a contact, and make the changes. Click when done.
