The Heartfelt Sympathies Flower Program provides a flower order solution which is fully integrated with the Book of Memories, providing credit card processing and flower delivery from local flower shops.
When an online visitor places an order, Heartfelt Sympathies will select a florist from our connected floral networks: FTD, Teleflora, and Bloomnet.
The SimplyOne Flower Log allows you to display flower transactions during a specific timeline.
Navigate to Main > SimplyOne Account > Flower Log.
Choose specific dates or select one of the preset ranges: Today, Week So Far, Month To Date, or Year To Date. Click 
when done.
This will display the purchaser, the name of the deceased, how much was spent, and how much your funeral home earned from each transaction.
