How to Create a Gmail Account

- Forward email to another email address
- Import email and contacts from another email provider
- Hook up your Gmail account to another email program (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc…).
Add Multiple Users
To create more user accounts, click on the Users and groups tab at the top. Click Create a new user.
Enter the first and last names, and username of the new user. You do not need to enter the full email address as it will already have @yourdomainname.com shown. You can set a password for this user, otherwise click Create new user and a temporary password will be generated. The new user will be asked to re-enter a password upon their first login.
Follow the same steps to add more users.
