This feature is intended to allow funeral homes to create their own pre-filled forms for the specific and sole use of their funeral home(s).
This utility enables you to create forms that can pre-fill with the most commonly required information for user created forms. It is not intended to cover every possible data item that could be used on a form.
When forms or documents are generated, the values in the Field Name column from the list of pre-fillable fields will be used to display the data for the selected decedent and/or your funeral home.
You will create your PDF or Word Document and add fields from the list of fillable fields where you would like the data to appear. The data will be displayed exactly as you have entered it into the system unless there is additional information in the Example Output column.
